Who is Feyd-Rautha Harkonnen from Dune and what is their importance?

Feyd-Rautha Harkonnen is Baron Vladimir Harkonnen's dark-haired, found-faced, sullen-eyed teenage nephew and heir. His position puts him on a collision course with Paul Atreides, his cousin, who is around the same age. He is shown as constantly and stupidly plotting his uncle's death, and as a result, he is consistently and brutally put in his place. Paul later kills Feyd-Rautha in combat after the Battle of Arrakeen.
