Why Dilemma Of a Ghost is considered a dilemma tale?

The Dilemma of a Ghost (1965), in which a Ghanaian student returning home brings his African American wife into the traditional culture and the extended family that he now finds restrictive. I think thew dilemma surrounds the idea of students educated abroad coming back to a culture where they feel they don't belong: like they are a ghost in their old culture.
