Politics in America often relies on power plays, lies, and secret maneuvering. In this novel, the President of the United States wants to implement a plan to offer aid to Russia in order to help feed her millions of starving citizens. Unfortunately, many in Congress do not believe this is a good idea and are fighting his plan. The President decides to invite his two most ardent opponents, Senator Larimer and Congressman Moran, on board his yacht to discuss the plan.
