What is the final verdict in Tison's trial? Part II

The jury finds Tison guilty of two misdemeanors—disorderly conduct and discharge of a pistol near a public highway. They also find him guilty of one of the felonies—aggravated assault. The jury was hung on the felony murder charge, and a mistrial is declared on that account. He will be retried.
