I think the truth is destorted in court. From the very beginning of Justyce’s cross-examination, it’s clear that Tison’s attorney wants to portray him and Manny as young angry men who are prone to violence and harassing people. The lawyer is setting up the scenerio that Justyce and Manny actually were threatening Garrett Tison, prompting him to fire his weapon.
