Justyce makes a deal with Martel to keep Quan out of the organization, what is it?

When Justyce asks Martel to let Quan go by refusing to let him back into the organization once he gets out of prison. Martel agrees on the condition that Doc come over to teach the younger boys to study for their GED’s, and that Quan pay back his debt over time.
