At first, Quinn is deidcated to selling her deceased father's estate. She feels awkward in his home, and she has difficulty falling asleep in what used to be his bedroom. Over time, however, she uses the estate as a sanctuary in order to escape the terror, and she makes peace with the conflict she and her father experienced before his death. In the end, a buyer asks to make a contract on the home, and Quinn decides that she will not sell.
