The best I could find was a type of write up after his death. They mention that his work follows a minimalist tendancy. His work typically does not rhyme and the ordinary word choice is used to mirror the everyday things that surround most people in their day to day lives. The poet was distinctly aware of poverty and its effects on people. He is part of the Movement group which were a group of British poets that rebelled against the extravagant language of poets like Auden and Dylan Thomas. That particular poem is just not available online, but is available in a collection of poems by the author. Hope that helped a little.
