What does Wesley say Taylor is after in Act Two?

At the beginning of Act Two, Wesley and Emma are talking about Taylor's intentions. Wesley tells Emma that Taylor is after their money. She does not believe that their house is worth that much money, but Wesley tells her that the place might not be that valuable now, but Taylor can divide it up and make a lot of money off of the land.
