How does Emma fit into her picture of Taylor and Ella in Mexico?

As Emma continues her story of how she sees Taylor and Ella in Mexico, she includes herself in their journey as the only mechanic in town that Taylor and Ella do not recognize as Emma. Emma says she speaks only Spanish and volunteers to fix their broken down car. Instead, Emma rips them off, taking more money that needed and sends them on their way.
