Donna and Vic Trenton have only lived in Maine for a few years. The move from New York City was not something Donna wanted; therefore, she finds it difficult to be comfortable in a town so much smaller than the one she once called home. Added to this, Donna finds her life passing her by. Donna is stuck at home caring for her child and missing out on all the excitement and adventure that came with youth. Donna feels old. This causes stress and conflict on her marriage.
