What is the dead man on the roads name?

Crispin finds a mossy body hanging over the path.

I see no evidence of the dead man's name. This is the closest thing I have found.....

"Well, I do and did. That man rose up against his lord and master. How? By holding back a pound of wool to sell that he might feed his sickly child.
