Significance of Milagre

Milagre is the name of the human settlement on the planet Lusitania. Originally, the settlement was intended to be closed in order to prevent humans from spreading cultural and technological knowledge to the indigenous pequeninos. Ironically, even after the colonists began sharing technology with the piggies, humans have remained shut up in their colony with most of the planet off limits to them.
