Who is Molly in the novel, Cat Kid Comic Club: From the Creator of Dog Man?

Molly is a tadpole with psychokinetic power, meaning she uses her mind to write and draw (which is convenient because she does not have hands). She is the only tadpole in the group and all her siblings are frogs. She is the vice-president of the Cat Kid Comic Club, apparently based entirely on her friendship with Lil' Petey and the fact that she called “dibs” on the position.
