The tone of the book must be classified as subjective. The author is factual and to the point with the stories he tells about his years with the Mossad, his training and the stories about the various Mossad operations, but he presents his own views about the Mossad. There is nothing wrong with this since this is his reason for writing the book. He thinks that the Mossad has unlimited power which allows it to do whatever it wants. There are basically no controls on its power and its abuses, and the author thinks that this has led to a breakdown in the moral order and to corruption in the Israeli government and in society.
