This question calls for your opinion. There is no right or wrong answer. In my opinion, addressing job-related stress is an integral part of an employer's duties. They must be in tune with their employees' stress thresholds and provide the training needed to address that stress, thus, investing in the good of their employees, which in turn, works toward the good of their business.

I am admittedly not a businessman, but I believe that services for off-the-job stress are often included in healthcare benefits.
