The extensive use of mathematical and scientific language can at first be overwhelming to a reader who is not particularly knowledgeable in these areas. Much of the mathematical explanations are beyond the average reader and must, therefore, be read within the context of their relationship the author attempts to draw between both the stability and instability of the world of mathematical theorems, axioms, lemmae, and the as yet undefined and unexplained. Parallels between both the unknown in mathematics and the unknown in life are consistently drawn, and the reader may often have difficulty absorbing these comparisons. It is best, in some instances, to accept what one does not fully comprehend and simply move on through the reading.
