The society is projected as a utilitarian paradise but it is really just a representation of inequality. Your freedom and station in life really depends what group you are "born" or rather engineered into. Alphas and Betas are society's elite, while the Gammas, Deltas, and Epsilons make up the working class. Everything is prejudiced depending of what group you are "born" into.
