Who is Scott Partin from Body of Evidence?

Scott Partin, son of Senator Partin, works for Robert Sparacino. He is young, handsome, and actively trying to break into acting. Unfortunately, he earns his extra money by spying for Sparacino, as well as acting as the man's resident enforcer (intimidator).
