Importance of The Language of Hindi

In the story, "Day Three: Angel Talkies," the Hindi language is used to represent to readers that the true India still lies in it's heritage. Gururaj decides to rewrite some of the newspapers in the language of the Gurkha, Hindi. He believes that since the Gurkha told him how to find the truth, that his language is the truth.
