Who is Harriet Freke from Belinda?

Harriet Freke is the antagonist in the novel. Once Lady Delacour's good friend, Harriet proves herself to be deceitful, manipulative, and without honor. Her intense dislike of Lady Delacour extends itself to Belinda, and over the course of the novel, Harriet becomes the poster child for bad behavior. In the end, her reputation is destroyed, leaving her miserable and shamed.
