What does Kettle tell Fitz, what does she ask Verity and what ends up happening about her request?

Kettle tells Fitz she cannot Skill anymore and asks Verity for help. Verity says he cannot help because he does not feel he has Skill anymore either. Fitz joins with Fool and Nighteyes and together they free Kettle. Kettle is now able to help Verity on the dragon.
