What did Aristotle think of farmers?

Aristotle states that farmers are the best sort of citizens as they are too busy working to make trouble by holding meetings to overthrow anything. He also states that they are not ambitious in regard to being in charge because their main motivation and pursuits revolve around making money, rather than being famous. They are good citizens, also, because they are content to have a say in their politics, but don't cause trouble otherwise.
