Who is First Blue Adept from Blue Adept and what is their importance?

The first Blue Adept was Lady Blue's first husband who was killed by a strangling amulet sent by the Red Adept. His death allows Stile to cross the curtain to Phaze and take his place as the Blue Adept. Lady Blue lists three qualities possessed by the first Blue Adept which made her love him: his music, his magic and his love for equines.
