How does Belize secure some of Roy's AZT in Act 3, Scene 2?

In Act 3, Scene 2, Belize discovers that Roy has a private stash of AZT. He demands some of it for Prior, but Roy refuses and hurls racial epithets at him. Belize responds immediately, calling Roy a "greedy kike." Roy is so impressed, he gives Belize a bottle, though Belize takes a few extra on the way out.
