How do Prior and Harper meet for the first time in the real world?

Prior and Harper meet in Act 3, Scene 3, in the diorama room of the Mormon Visitor Center. Prior introduces himself as an angelologist, Harper says he lives there and is a jack Mormon. They both watch the diorama, but Prior is certain he sees Louis talking to the Mormon Father in it.
