Who is Sasha and why has he been sent to Nigeria?

Sasha is from Chicago. He has been sent to Nigeria to cool down. He got into too many fights at school and he worked some stuff on some kids who were giving him problems. He set a masquerade on three boys in his class. Then he switched the minds of a couple of policemen.
