What happens to Black Hat?

Chichi confronts Black Hat and uses a spell from Sunny's grandmother Ozoemena, to Chichi's mother, to Black Hat. When she casts the spell, all of Black Hat's past sins come back to haunt him. He shrieks and one of his ears falls off. He tells Chichi that she can kill him, but she cannot stop Edwensuu, and he summons the creature. Then he slits his throat saying that one more death was required.
