Who is Harold Edgarton from Airframe and what is their importance?

Harold Edgarton is the president for Norton Aircraft. When Flight 545 goes down, he is afraid that the bad media will cause his deal with China fail. As a result, he puts a lot of pressure on Marder to make sure that the China deal isn't hampered, not realizing that Marder has already gone behind his back and brokered a tentative deal with Korea. When Edgarton learns what Casey has done to save the company, he promotes her and gives her a raise.
