Mrs. Jelf from Affinity is the women's matron on the floor where Selina is housed in the jail. She gets to know Selina and is given a locket by Selina that Selina tells her is from her long dead son. Ms. Prior recognizes the locket as her gift to Selina. It is Jelf that helps Selina to escape, and it is Jelf that tells Ms. Prior that Ruth was Selina's former maid at Mrs. Brinks.
