What are the bad things and the good thing that Joy considers as she sits in the waiting room with the other hostages?

As Joy sat in the waiting room with the other hostages, she was nearly hysterical thinking that she was a hostage at the mercy of a crazy man with a gun. The soles of her feet were soaked with others' blood. She had stepped over a dead woman to get where she was sitting. She probably would see more people die. The one good thing was that she was not pregnant.
