what did boone give fleacity in chapter 12 in snicker of magic

I'm not sure what Boone actually gives her. Everyone goes down to Snapdragon Pond. Boone says he believes all the good music he had in him has gone out with the last girl. Cleo tells him there will be other songs, and Felicity agrees. Boone asks Felicity if she sees any words around him. Felicity tells him “new beginning”. Boone explains he was similar to Felicity when he was younger, but it had to do with musical notes instead of words. At the pond, Cleo has everyone put on fake wings. Felicity is amazed by the beauty of the lake, and writes about it in her notebook. Mama and Felicity take a walk through the woods near the lake, and climb a tree.
