Who found Carl's body? Where? Who tells Hank?

Collins tells Hank that Carl's wife had gone in search of Carl later in the day and had found his body near the plane. Collins says that they've searched for information about the armored car robbery that Baxter claimed had happened the previous July and had found nothing like that.
