I would say false. I think they share common features. They all have glass smooth walls and a unique echo magnifying any sound made in the caves. The characters have treated the Marabar Caves as perhaps the most fascinating site in Chandrapore, but Forster describes the caves as perhaps unexceptional and even dull.
