The full lines of Helena's are: “Love looks not with the eyes, but with the mind, And therefore is winged Cupid painted blind… Love said to be a child, Because in choice he is so oft beguiled” commenting on the equal youthfulness and immaturity in a loving relationship.

Helena is commenting on both the youthful ecstasy of romantic love as well as the ignorance romantic love. Falling in love feels great but new lovers seldom see things as they really are.
