Lochy Peterson vs doctor Battery

Doctor Battery is an Aboriginal man whom Bachhuber encounters during the Redex Trial. Cognizant of Bachhuber’s Aboriginal ancestry, he persuades Bachhuber to come with him to the Aboriginal settlement where he lives, and where Bachhuber was born. During Bachhuber's time there, Doctor Battery acts as a friend and mentor to him.

Lochy Peterson is also an Aboriginal man whom Bachhuber encounters during the Redex Trial. He is a friend of Doctor Battery, and he helps to persuade Bachhuber to return with them to the Aboriginal settlement where they live, and where Bachhuber was born.

in the 2018 export edition of 'A long way from home', at the end of chapter 3, page 187, Irene Bobbsey shakes hand with the aboriginal man that helped them recharge their battery, in the book also referred to as Dr. Battery (actually a mechanic living at Quamby Downs). As they shake hands he said his name, Lochy Peterson. So according to the book Docter Battery is the same person as Lochy Peterson.
