how are the women treated by the men in the story "A Jury of Her Peers" by Ms. Glaspell?

I have to write an essay about how's men's attitude toward women has imptove in the past one hundred years.

Women are treated as lesser than men. The men do not think the women are capable of looking for clues at the crime scene. Their opinions are minimized. They are almost treated like children.
