In A Feast for Crows, Biter and Brienne fight and Brienne is overthrown. It is a fair fight until some of Biter's comrades turn the tables on Brienne. In the end, Biter forces Brienne's head down and begins biting and eating her face and neck while she is still alive. She does survive the attack, but it leaves her scarred.
