Vargo Hoat from A Clash of Kings is the leader of the Bloody Mummers or the Brave Companions. They are a group of mercenaries with loose ties of loyalty to Roose Bolton. Vargo has a lisp and is a rather gross individual. Arya can't stand him and plots to have him killed by her friend.
