Symon Silvertongue from A Clash of Kings is a minstrel that Shae employs to come and sing to her. Tyrion warns him that he will be put to death if he speaks of their relationship to anyone. What Tyrion doesn't know is that Symon was originally from Castle Black and ran away, so he isn't likely to bring attention to himself.
