Sansa Stark from A Clash of Kings is the oldest daughter of Ned and Catelyn Stark. She is a sister to Robb, Rickon, Bran, and Arya Stark. Her half brother is Jon Snow. Sansa is initially shown to be a girl who is a hopeless romantic. She dreams of knights on white horses and roses at tournaments and a fairytale wedding. This becomes a nightmare when she is betrothed to Joffrey Baratheon. He not only kills her father by beheading him in front of her, but when her brother Robb, declares himself the King of the North, he takes out his frustations on Sansa by having his guards beat her. She believes all of her family to be on the run and she does not thing that she has alot of options. When Margery Tyrell shows up and Sansa is dismissed from court, Sansa believes that she'll be allowed to go home. However, this is not so.
