Lord Mace Tyrell from A Clash of Kings is the father of Margery and Loras. They were initially allies to Renly (mainly because of Loras' proclivities) but joined the Lannisters after Renly's death. He arranges the marriage of Margery to Joffrey and suggests that Sansa be dismissed from court.
