What were the findings of General Krulak and the other military leaders with regard to the Battle of Ap Bac? How did John Paul Vann react?

General Krulak and the others only gathered information from General Harkins and General Huynh Van Cao. After the interviews, they sided with General Harkins, claiming Ap Bac as a military success. John Paul Vann and Colonel Porter were not consulted, or even general York. John Paul Vann was greatly disillusioned and angered by this.
