What is Hadden Clark's relationship to Undercliff?

In April 2000, authorites brought Hadden Clark to Undercliff from prison in Maryland. Their purpose was to investigate the location where Clark claimed to have buried one of his victims. Clark resided in Meriden with his grandfather during the late 1970s and early 80s.
