The moral of the story is accepting yourself for who you are, as well as accepting others for who they are. Squeaky sees a new side to both Raymond and Gretchen in the end.

Raymond's Run

Absolutely! The story beautifully emphasizes the importance of self-acceptance and recognizing the value in others. Squeaky's journey shows how she comes to appreciate her brother Raymond's unique abilities and talents, and how her perception of Gretchen changes as she sees her in a new light.
