Help, I can't figure out the two examples of political or legal forces in Economics?

Give two examples of political or legal forces and explain how they might interact with economic forces.

Two examples of political forces are sales taxes and prohibition on the sale of some addictive drugs. These political forces keep market forces from becoming economic forces.

Two examples of political forces are our unwillingness to charge friends interest, and our unwillingness to "buy" dates with other people. Both keep the market forces of lending and buying dates from becoming economic forces.

Two examples of political or legal forces are rent control laws and restrictions on immigration. Both prevent the invisible hand from working. The rent control laws place a price ceiling on rent, causing shortages of apartments, and the immigration restrictions cause the number of immigrants seeking entry to exceed those allowed to enter, which tends to cause wage rates to differ among countries.

Two examples of political forces are public opinion and the power-seeking tendencies of politicians. These political forces inhibit whether or not economic forces become market forces by making the market less efficient.
