Chemistry : what is it called ? , some symbol with benzine + Br + Cl + NO2?

I assume you mean benzene since it looks like that. Benzine is a common name for a mixture of petroleum hydrocarbons. The functional groups are listed alphabetically. So it would be something like 1-Bromo, 3-Chloro, 4-Nitrobenzene. Can't tell exactly where your funtional groups are attached to the benzene but they would be numbered starting with the Bromo Carbon and go towards the Chloro carbon.
