Harry's scar hurting is like a sixth sense for danger with Harry. The objective of this lesson will be to discuss this sixth sense of Harry and to analyze some of the other ways this sixth sense can manifest itself in our lives.

Lesson

1) Read aloud with the class the part where Harry feels his scar hurting. Discuss this with the class. How does this make Harry feel? What does this mean? Why is he so frightened? What does he do about it? When has he felt this pain in his scar before? How has this warning of danger helped him in the past?
