Object Descriptions
This section provides a short description of all the major objects in the book. This can be printed out as a study guide for students, used as a "key" for leading a class discussion, or you can jump to the quiz/homework section to find worksheets that incorporate these descriptions into a variety of question formats.
Objects
St. Angelicus College, Cambridge University - This location has a courtyard with a walnut tree.
The Rectory - This location was built in 1830 and needs lots of repairs.
South London - This location is crowded and smells like coal burning in the factories.
The Men's Ward, Blackfriars Hospital - This location has windows that face the world and open only an inch and a half.
Guestingley Road - This location is the scene of a bicycling accident.
Dr. Sage's Hospital - This location houses a lunatic asylum.
