Thomas

This character is the teenage protagonist of The Death Cure. He is one of the subjects used by WICKED to find a cure for the Flare virus. As this character is immune to the Flare, he is sought for the Final Experiment.

Janson

This character is referred to by the protagonist and the other Gladers as "Rat Man." He is one of the leading scientists for the WICKED organization and is the central antagonist in The Death Cure.

Teresa

This character is a subject for the WICKED Trials and is able to communicate with the protagonist telepathically. This telepathic communication is, however, blocked in The Death Cure. Following experiences from The Maze Runner and The Scorch Trials, the protagonist has difficulty trusting this character.

Minho

This character is a subject in the Trials of WICKED and is likewise immune to the Flare virus. He is hot-headed but trustworthy...
